Salesforce Data Enrichment

You've probably tried enriching your Salesforce data before. Bought a data vendor subscription, exported CSVs, ran them through a tool, imported the results. Half the records didn't match. We connect directly to your org and write enriched data back through the API.

How we connect

We connect through the Salesforce REST API with the minimum permissions needed. Read access for the audit, write access for enrichment. Your Salesforce admin controls what we can touch and what we can't.

Standard objects and custom objects both work. If your team has built custom fields for buying signals, technology data, or enrichment scores, we map directly to those. The data lands where your workflows, reports, and automation already reference it.

No staging objects. No middleware. No third-party tools sitting between us and your org. Direct API write-back, the same way any native Salesforce integration works.

What gets enriched

The enrichment waterfall runs your records through 10+ data providers in sequence. Each source fills what it does best. ZoomInfo for NA contacts. Cognism for European mobiles. Technographic providers for stack data. Firmographic providers for company details.

Contact fields: verified work emails, direct dials, mobile numbers, current job titles, seniority levels, LinkedIn URLs, and department mapping. Account fields: industry, revenue range, employee count, funding stage, technology stack, and headquarters location.

The result is 70%+ fill rates across key fields. Most Salesforce orgs start at 30-40%. That gap is where pipeline hides.

Built for complex orgs

Enterprise Salesforce orgs are messy. Multiple record types, custom objects, validation rules, duplicate management, territory models. We've worked inside orgs with over a million records and complex permission structures.

The enrichment respects your matching rules. We deduplicate before writing. We validate against your required fields. And we run test batches so your admin can review the output before anything goes to production at scale.

If you've got a Salesforce architect who's particular about data quality, good. So are we.

Common questions

Do you write directly to Salesforce?

Yes. Through the Salesforce REST API. Enriched data writes straight to your org. Contacts, accounts, leads, custom objects. No CSV imports, no data loader sessions, no cleanup after the cleanup.

What about custom objects and fields?

We map to your schema. If you've built custom objects for partner tracking, technology data, or signal scoring, we write directly to those. Your Salesforce admin doesn't need to build any new infrastructure.

How is this different from ZoomInfo for Salesforce?

ZoomInfo is one data source. We use ZoomInfo as one provider inside a 10+ source waterfall. So you get ZoomInfo data plus everything it misses. And we add the targeting and messaging layer on top. Different problems, different solutions.

Can you handle large databases?

We've worked with databases from a few thousand records to over a million. API-based write-back scales cleanly. The enrichment waterfall runs in batches, so record volume doesn't break the process.

What about duplicate management?

We match on configurable keys before writing anything. Email, domain, company name, Salesforce ID. If a record already exists, we update it rather than creating a duplicate. Your matching rules are respected.

How long does it take?

About 2-4 weeks for most orgs. That includes the audit, field mapping, waterfall configuration, test batch, and full write-back. We quote the timeline exactly after the free audit.
