Dynamics 365 Data Enrichment

Most enrichment vendors treat D365 like an afterthought. They export your data, run it through a tool, and hand you a spreadsheet to import. We write directly to Dataverse. No exports. No imports. No cleanup after the cleanup.

How we connect

We connect directly to your Dynamics 365 instance through the Dataverse Web API. That means enriched data writes straight back to your CRM the same way any native Microsoft tool would.

Custom entities, custom fields, standard objects. Whatever your org has built, we map to it. If you've got a custom field tracking technology stack or buying intent, enrichment data goes right there. Your reports, dashboards, and Power Automate workflows pick it up automatically.

No staging tables. No middleware. The data lands where your team already works.

What gets enriched

We run your records through a 10+ provider enrichment waterfall. Each source fills what it does best. The result is 70%+ fill rates instead of whatever one provider covers alone.

Contact-level: verified work emails, direct dials, mobile numbers, current job titles, LinkedIn URLs, and seniority mapping. Company-level: firmographics, technographics, headcount, revenue ranges, funding history, and industry classification.

In one recent project, we took a partner database from 3 validated emails to 474 across 311 companies. That's what a multi-source waterfall does that a single vendor can't.

Setup timeline

Week 1: Free audit. We connect to your D365 instance (read-only), assess data quality, map your schema, and show you where the gaps are. You'll see fill rates by field, record counts by segment, and a clear picture of what enrichment would change.

Week 2: Enrichment configuration. We set up the waterfall, map fields to your custom entities, configure validation rules, and run a test batch. You approve the output before we touch anything at scale.

Weeks 3-4: Full enrichment and write-back. Records flow through the waterfall and write directly to Dataverse. Your Power Automate flows, reports, and views update automatically as data lands.

Common questions

Do you write directly to Dataverse?

Yes. No CSV exports, no manual imports. We connect to your D365 instance through the Dataverse API and write enriched data directly to the fields you specify. Contact records, account records, custom entities. It all goes back in clean.

What about custom entities and fields?

We map to whatever your org has built. If you've created custom fields for tech stack, intent signals, or industry codes, we can write enrichment data directly to those fields. Same goes for custom entities. Your schema, your rules.

Does this work with Power Automate?

Enriched records trigger your existing Power Automate flows automatically. When we update a field in Dataverse, any workflows tied to that field fire as expected. No extra configuration needed on your end.

How long does a D365 enrichment project take?

About 2-4 weeks for most databases. That includes the audit, enrichment waterfall setup, field mapping, validation, and write-back. Larger databases with 50,000+ records might take a bit longer.

We're worried about data quality in our CRM. Can you help?

That's usually the starting point. Most D365 databases we see have 30-40% fill rates on key fields. The free audit shows you exactly where things stand. Then the enrichment waterfall fills the gaps across 10+ data sources.

What does it cost?

Enrichment runs about $0.10-$0.50 per record depending on the fields you need. That's a fraction of what enterprise data vendors charge for annual subscriptions. We quote it exactly after looking at your database in the free audit.
